There is a proverb saying that the Cantonese eat everything on 4 legs except for a table and a chair and everything that flies except for an airplane. Dong Wan animal market, in the West of Canton, is the place where the Cantonese get their exotic meat: dogs, cats, deer, heron, tortoises, frogs,... you name it, everything can be found death or alive in this torture zoo.
Les Cantonnais ont une proverbe qui dit qu`ils mangent tout sur 4 pates sauf une table et une chaise et tout ce qui vole sauf un avion. Le marchà‚Ž animalier Dong Wan, dans le west de Canton, est l`endroit ou les Cantonnais trouvent la viande exotique. Chiens, chats, cerfs, hà‚Žrons, tortues, grenouilles,... mort ou vif, tout se trouve dans ce zoo de torture.
De Cantonesen hebben een gezegde dat ze alles opeten op 4 poten en alles wat vliegt behalve een vliegtuig. Op de dierenmarkt Don Wan, in het westen van Canton, vinden ze hun exotisch vlees bij overvloed. Honden, katten, herten, reigers, schildpadden, kikkers, ... noem maar op, alles vindt je dood of levend in deze martelzoo.
